We are seeking a skilled Chef De Partie to join our team at our busy restaurant. As a CDP you will be responsible for preparing meals according to our recipes and guidelines. Your culinary expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the overall dining experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

– Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
– Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
– Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality and presentation
– Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets the restaurant’s quality standards
– Maintain a clean and organized work station
– Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
– Assist with cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as a CDP or relevant role in a fast-paced kitchen environment
– Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
– Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
– Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
– Culinary degree or certification is a plus, but not required
