Responsibilities:
– Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and portion sizes
– Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met in the kitchen
– Assist with meal preparation and plating
– Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
– Follow proper food handling and storage procedures
– Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
– Previous experience as a CDP/SOUS/HEAD or in a similar role
– Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation
– Understanding of food safety regulations and procedures
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
