Responsibilities:
– Prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to recipes and standards
– Measure and mix ingredients, bake items, and decorate as necessary
– Ensure all products are of high quality and meet food safety standards
– Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment
– Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes
– Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
– Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Skills:
– Strong knowledge and experience in food production and preparation, particularly in pastry and baking
– Familiarity with restaurant kitchen operations and procedures
– Understanding of food safety practices and procedures
– Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
– Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
– Culinary training or relevant certification is a plus

 

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £30,000 – 35,000/per year
